For those of you that do not know me, my name is James Dimitrov, and I am a pretty seasoned system admin and system engineer with a lot of experience in training and managing employees and projects as well.
Since mid-2014 I have been working for a company called NIC, as a system engineer. I am part of the team that keeps the Linux and Solaris systems running, primarily using Puppet.
Before starting work for NIC, I spent a year working for a company called Upper Lake Processing Services, where I was the technical project manager, and sidelined as a developer fr certain projects.
From 2006 to 2013 I worked for Aplus.net, and eventually Codero after they split apart. I started as a level 1 support technician and worked my way up the chain to levels 2 and 3 and eventually to the manager position. In 2008, Aplus.net moved me to Overland Park, KS to train the new US-based office and I eventually became the shared support manager, and finally the dedicated support manager.
I also have a relatively decent site project MindBrite LLC which I am, of course, the founder and CEO of (being a CEO of a company of one is not exactly the world's biggest feat, I know).
